Teens will have a chance to learn about strength and healthy nutritional habits. Each day will be packed with confidence boosting exercises not only for their body but also for the mind. My goal is for every teen to fall in love with the feeling that their brain releases after a great workout. I also hope to help them build team work and sportsmanship skills. The classes will focus on fundamental resistance training exercises, explosive cardio training, team work skills, healthy habits tidbits and stamina training. These classes will remain small, only 4 teens per class. I want to ensure that I can give each teen the attention that they need in order to grow and learn. Each week of the summer will be different, so no matter which week you choose, we will do and learn something new. Enroll in as many weeks as you want. We will meet 2x/week for 90 min each class.
