I am passionate about working with our community's youth. I believe that healthy lives begin in childhood and these fundamental lessons will help a person to grow up knowing how to make better, healthier decisions for their life. Movement is life but so is wisdom. If we can teach a child why it is important to keep moving, then they will be more willing to think about their actions in their day to day that will hopefully lead them to practice healthier and wiser lifestyle habits.
In order to give quality training and education to your child, it is important that I cap each class at 8 kids.
We will meet 3x/week, for 2 hours each day. Please see flier above for more details.
