My Vision

I  believe in a world where people put their health on the priority list.

Focusing on whole health means the body, mind and spirit work together toward resilience.

All of these parts work in unison in the great effort toward achieving total health.

The leaders of the home must be healthy in order to raise healthy children.

I believe that healthy habits begin at home and if the parents know and emulate these fundamentals then they will raise children who will practice and follow them too.

I believe in a passion toward taking charge of one's own health. 

 I love to help people discover their spark; and once it is found, I believe it is vital to master the skill in keeping that fire lit.

Some people don't know where or how to start. Some just need that little bit of assistance from the people around them to get going. 

That's where I come in.

From building the glutes to trimming and toning, I have the techniques to get your gluteals where you want them to be. Building the glutes isn't just about the stair stepper. There are many compound and accessory exerices that must be incorporated in conjunction with proper nutrition and fat burning in order to enhance the appearance of the glute muscles. I have the knowledge and experience to get you there.

This training is dedicated for those individuals who have a focus on being versatile, agile, powerful and resilient. Serious inquiries only as this kind of training requires tons of energy, persistence and recovery. With this kind of training you can expect weighted runs, hiking, sandbags, pull-ups, battle ropes, sleds and many other strenuous activities to get your heart and conditioning a peak performance.

Need to put on some muscle, lean out and tone up? I truly have a passion for helping athletes/everyone find their flow in the gym and kitchen to support their growth and chisel for whatever their goal may be.

I am happy to host bootcamps at your location and can teach very large groups as long as there is enough equipment. I have my own gear that I can bring to a location, and am able to create bootcamps with any gear that you may already have. I have a 6 person minimum requirement for bootcamps.

I host events throughout the year on the beach. This training is both fun and challenging. You can expect a distance run, powerful sprints, some tactical training and a very relaxing cool down with salt, sand and sun.

I love working with couples and whole families as they journey into fitness and health together. I believe that everyone needs a support system as they navigate the road to health, and who better than your loved ones? I help you with planning this new dynamic of fitness and nutrition so that you and your whole family can succeed together. I also work with kids of all ages. I am very passionate about teaching children about strength and mobility. Fitness is a great way to instill confidence and self-worth.

Based on my experience as a Marine Corps  Black Belt Martial Arts Instructor, I have created a Warrior Self-Defense class. This class builds upon itself and is for serious, committed students only. Each session lasts for one month, meeting 2x a week. The class builds on itself, and skills must be mastered before moving forward. Contact me to learn when I am teaching the next session.

Considering joining the military? I will construct a training program that helps potential recruits to prepare and conquer their physical fitness tests and condition their body for bootcamp. I was a United States Marine for ten years, a Drill Instructor and Black Belt Marine Corps Martial Arts Instructor. I understand combat conditioning and can successfully guide you to readiness.

Attention first responders, law enforcement and firefighters. I have a strong passion for helping you stay in the best possible physical condition that you can be. As protectors of the community, it is imperative for you to be strong, agile and fast. I myself was an Aircraft Rescue Firefighter in the Marine Corps and I fully understand the rigors the body must endure to successfully complete this kind of training and work environment. I can formulate programs that keep you at optimal readiness for the profession as well as aid you in passing your own physical fitness tests.

A retired Marine Corps veteran, professional natural bodybuilding athlete, and mother to four vivacious littles at age 40.

I would never ask you to do something that I could not also do myself! I make sure to take myself to the gym and stay in a state of readiness so that I can model what I can also expect from my clients. I believe in leadership through example.

Learn self-defense while getting your workout in. This is a fun way to not only learn some confidence but to also gain a different kind of strength and endurance.

Family Fitness

Start your mornings with some battle ropes and kettlebells. Group trainings are a great way to keep each other accountable and motivated.
